   You must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your package to report any defect or damage.
3. Proof Required
   Please email or WhatsApp us a clear photograph and an unboxing video of the defective item. This helps us verify the issue quickly and process your exchange without delay.
4. Condition of the Item
   The item must be unused, unaltered, and retained in its original packaging for the exchange to be considered valid.
5. Exchange Process
   Once our team inspects and approves the defect, we will initiate a replacement of the exact same item at no extra cost. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit coupon of equal value, valid for future purchases on our website.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
